Be a Guest Conductor!
At nearly every concert,
we play Sousa's Stars and Stripes Forever as our grand finale.
It's especially enjoyable, 
because we raffle off the opportunity to
conduct the band during this number. Ken, our conductor, takes a few
moments to give a quick lesson on leading the band, and then the lucky
winner takes over the baton, dictating the tempo and loudness as they
choose. It's always lots of fun for all and the proceeds from our
collection go toward our scholarship fund!
